Tractor Pulling
The Tractor Pulling Competition will commence Saturday morning following the lifting of the dew which allows for a fair and safe competition. The competition has different hp categories for both tractors and crawlers.
Registrations from 7am Saturday 28 May.
Entry per competitor is $10 (which includes admission and camping for whoever is bringing the tractors). Volunteers will be on site to direct tractors. Please refer to site map. You will receive an exhibitor wristband to show you are part of the Show.
Competition commences 8am conditions permitting.
Competition concludes 1pm.
Tractor Parade commences 1:30pm SHARP.
Trophies will be awarded for class winners on Saturday night at approximately 4pm on the Main Stage.
Arriving and Camping
Competitors and family are permitted to camp at the tractor pulling area on the southern side of the airstrip (beside the airfield). All trucks arriving for the tractor pull are asked to continue past the main entry to the next grid and take “Poppy’s Way” to the tractor pulling area where an unloading facility is available.
Amenities
Toilets – port-a-loos will be available across the airfield.
Showers – A toilet/shower block is located near the hangar on the northern side of the airstrip. There is plenty of hot water but being a little early or late of prime times will avoid a wait.
Food/Drink
Food and drink stalls will be available at the tractor pull area on Saturday or from the northern side of the airstrip around the Feed Barn.
Sorry NO DOGS
Due to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority NO DOGS are permitted on the grounds, including camping areas. This is because there is a risk of the dog entering the airfield/airstrip and jeopardising the safety of aircraft, pilots and the public. Anyone not adhering to the regulations will be required to leave without refund of admission/camping fees. Thank you for adhering to CASA’s regulations.
