Camping
Campers are welcome from 12 noon on Friday, 27th May. No site bookings are required and no power is available. Volunteers will assist with directing you to a site suitable for your vehicle. Campers are welcome to camp until Sunday afternoon.
Admission and Site Fee
Weekend camping $60 per site plus,
Campers Admission: $25 per person paid once, $15 U18, under 5 years – Free.
Camping passes will be provided and must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle. Displaying your pass confirms that you have paid for your site.
Wrist bands will be provided to all visitors and will be checked at the camper's entrance to the show. These must be worn at all times.
Camp Fires
Camp fires will be allowed if weather permits. Camps will be responsible for maintaining a safe fire and ensuring that is completely out prior to departure. If conditions are dry and fire danger is high, camp fires will be banned in the safety of all visitors. Any camps not adhering to directions will be asked to leave with no refund.
Amenities/Rubbish
Toilet and shower blocks will be located in the camping area with rubbish bins. There is also another green amenities block located inside the fenced area.
There is plenty of hot water but being a little early or late of prime times will avoid a wait. All camp sites need to be left clean of rubbish. Please use the rubbish bins supplied.
Generators
Generators are permitted however consideration to your neighbours is required. Please ensure they are used at appropriate times and silent generators are encouraged.
Sorry STRICTLY NO DOGS
Due to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority NO DOGS are permitted on the grounds, including camping areas. Please understand this is because there is a risk of the dog entering the airfield/airstrip and jeopardising the safety of aircraft, pilots and the public. Anyone not adhering to the regulations will be required to leave without refund of admission/camping fees. Thank you for adhering to CASA’s regulations.
